I am an Italian based in London, a multitasker with an inquisitive mind who is keen on learning by doing. During eight years of experience in TODO Interaction Design I have learned how to keep both clients and internal stakeholders happy, taking projects from inception to completion. TODO is a creative agency and design consultancy based in Italy. I worked there for eight years, taking projects from start to end, across interactive installations, software development, public events, retail packaging and exhibitions.

I was always ready to be versatile:

        As CONTENT MANAGER

  • In-depth research of the product, service or subject; from scientific to social, educational to ergonomic.
  • Creative brainstorming.
  • Planning timelines and logistics.
  • Lead prioritisation of requirements, negotiation and mediation between the creatives, copywriters and the client to achieve the sign-off.
  • Supervise implementation of projects across all departments, acting as key liaison with the client.

        As PRODUCT MANAGER

  • Listen to clients understand their needs.
  • Brainstorm with the creatives and find different solutions.
  • Search and find the correct suppliers, comparing quality, price and efficiency.
  • Use the corporate identity to develop different content based on the client’s necessities.
  • Supervise and control the development and quality of products.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with external suppliers, from print to developing.

        As TEAM MANAGER

  • Set timetables monthly and weekly with the staff.
  • Daily progress and complex issue control.
  • Manage and minute regular meetings with the client, sharing the feedback and reporting back to the team.
  • Brief, coordinate and supervise internal teams of up to ten people; including creatives, copywriters, developers, graphics, designers and architects.

 

2003 - 2006 –VIDEO TUTOR  www.progettoatelier.it  – Turin – Italy

Progetto Atelier was a project supported by the European Union. It was a place where young people who were beginning to work in Web, Graphic, Video and Music subjects had the chance to work together. We offered the opportunity to use professional technologies to advance their skills. I was a video tutor.
